A General Meeting of the Members will be held on 24^th April 2024, at 10.30.

The meeting shall be held online to conduct the following items of business:

To approve minutes of AGM dated 10^th November 2022
To receive and adopt the audited accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2023
To appoint auditors and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
