A fourth generation family-run business, based in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Europe’s largest privately owned Fine Art and Antiques Auctioneers and one of North Yorkshire’s leading businesses. Over 80 fast moving live auctions are held every year, making Tennants one of the UK’s busiest salerooms. Aside from the thriving auctions business, Tennants’ on-site events venue The Garden Rooms hosts a lively programme of lectures, concerts, exhibitions, and events. As a result, Tennants has become a popular visitor destination which welcomes more than 150,000 visitors every year.
Members from FBUK have been invited to this behind-the-scenes talk and tour at Tennants’ state-of-the-art salerooms and galleries.
The visit is taking place during Tennants’ Fine Sales Week, one of the highlights of the annual auctions calendar when the very best Fine Art, Antiques, Pictures, Jewellery, Watches and Silver will be on public view before going under the hammer on Saturday 15th November.
