The Family Council Community offers:
- discussions around the ‘big questions’: when to start a family council, the purpose, how to adapt and grow
- support and advice on leading a family council, maintaining family harmony and facilitating family education
- knowledge-share about communicating between your family council and company board
This group meets online, beginning the discussion with a case study of one of the members of the Community – to explore elements of their specific family council – and then opening up for Q&A and general discussion for peer-to-peer knowledge share.
This growing group of members, with seats on their family council, will look to support each other with advice from experience, discuss how to combat common challenges and further efficiency of your role on the Family Council and the Council more generally. FBUK will support the group with specific resources, guides and access to experts.
