The Non-Family Executives Community offers senior business leaders:
- different perspectives of leading a family business which is not your own
- support and advice on managing business and family interaction
- shared experiences of communicating and managing transition
This group has decided to meet in-person, tour the host business and hear from the non-family executive and guest family member about working together effectively. After this, the group discuss privately topics/challenges and opportunities which they would like to share or seek advice about.
The group operates with a rolling-chair leadership, so do please feel free to offer hosting the next meeting.
