Nick has been with his family’s business since 1972 and is now Linney Group Holdings Chairman. Nick is in the 5th generation of family ownership of the business, which began as a book shop in 1851.
Linney Group is now a marketing services business employing 1,200 people and run by his two sons, Miles and Charlie. He is Deputy Chairman of Whitworth Brothers and has worked with many other family businesses. Nick also served as a Non-Executive Director of Samworth Brothers from 1994 to 2020. He is a classic car enthusiast.
