Family Business UK is a growing body of family businesses working to create a more prosperous and sustainable future for generations to come.

We are a not-for-profit organisation advocating for the model of family business and celebrating the positive impact the sector has in the UK.

• We advocate for responsible and sustainable family business governance and leadership, providing a unified and strong voice which influences the direction of government policy, and promote regulation that incentivises long-term investment to ensure the financial sustainability of the sector
• We apply thought leadership and the results of our advocacy work to create an ecosystem for family businesses to build capacity, support effective decision-making and day-to-day management and operations, and drive sustainable bottom-line performance.
• We amplify the voice of family businesses, championing and celebrating the sector through campaigns and events to shift perceptions towards family businesses, and a create greater awareness and recognition of the contribution they make to our economy and society
